The Client

The client is a business association, which caters to the Australian region, with one of the largest strength in membership.

Business Requirement

The client having over 1,000 members in their business association, sees their biggest challenge is to overcome the difficulty in organizing of group based meetings.

The association members have been grouped based on similar hobbies, businesses, interests, region, etc. In addition to the association meetings, these members are also allowed to schedule group based meetings as they desire.

Arranging the meeting and handling the attendees was easy for them, since all members will gather for the same meeting. But group meetings are something different.

So, the client came to us for the enhancement of their existing member engagement module in their mobile app.

Technical Solution Provided

Since all members are used to the exiting concept, in the present member engagement app, ANGLER tried to re-use the same concept for arranging the group level meetings. This helps the members to follow the same flow easily in the app.

Each group will have a moderator, who will schedule the meetings with required details and let the members to know about the meetings. Each group moderator shall select the color scheme for their group notifications, reminders, etc. The group members shall respond to the meeting, customize the meeting reminders, etc.
