Challenges

Client had a cab booking android mobile app with popular payment options such as Paytm, Mobiwik, CC avenue etc. and in addition they had a requirement to integrate SBI Pay as well, so that their customers shall feel enhanced with the preferred payment option with UPI

What We Did

SBI Pay is a unified Payment Interface which provided a SDK for android developers through a third party vendors. Out technical team has analyzed the SBI Pay SDK and started integrating with the Cab booking app. With the user’s mobile number this integrated payment feature will fetch the SBI account details by just verifying the OTP. During the integration the tech team faced many challenges with the SDK like backend data fetching of account details which was handled by the team in a very effective manner.

What We Did

We at ANGLER, got all the 3 platforms source code from client and done a code study. A list of issues has been given by the client and our developers analyzed each issues with relevant to the code, understood the existing logic and fixed the issues as per the client requirement such that the existing working functionalities / features are not affected.

Our developers were very conscious that the issues should not impact on the existing features. In addition to fixing the issues we also developed few new features as requested by the client. Since the app is more towards stock business the logics and data are very sensitive and complex, but our developers understood the system and delivered the application as expected by the client

Client wanted us to develop an MAC OS X SDK which should support iOS Mobile app, MaC OS X uploader app, Apple TV etc… the developed SDK should also allow the users to access their web services / API’s which are development to render data for iOS Mobile App, Android Mobile App, Windows mobile app and Boxxspring admin panel.

What We Did

This development was kick started in the VODC model and our developers went through the requirements shared by the client and developed an MAC OS X SDK. This SDK will work like any third party tool which shall be integrated and used in iOS mobile app or MAC OS X system OR Apple TV. This SDK will be integrated in the clients iOS apps via NLL, OS X uploader etc… This will help the developer to shorten time in writing queries where the app will render the data with a simple UI.

Client

The client is a leading taxi booking service provider; with their mobile app they help customers to book taxi across 6 states in India also they have website to ease their customers in taxi booking.

Challenges

Client’s application is developed in such a way to book a taxi either by customer/admin credentials. The driver app keeps on sending its latitude & longitude points to server this updation makes the server busy, slow and finally some data’s are not properly logged into their database. Hence the client wanted us to test their web service with appropriate amount of users per second should attack the server.

What We Did

Our performance testing professionals fixed the issue by building reliable architecture that makes the Apache JMeter to hit the specific amount of virtual mobile app users to the server. This architecture includes, gradually increasing the number of users (e.g., 5000) at every (e.g., 1 min) of time and in-turn gives the client a confidence that the load test adhered is equivalent to real world loads. Post to the run, the performance testing results are analyzed and conveyed to the developers and operations team for further enhancements if needed.

Client want us to add additional feature to the existing mobile app. This feature will be used by their Marketing Executives in a 7” or higher resolution tab. An additional menu also to be included on the dashboard menu. The data excel sheet which is uploaded in the back end admin panel and should be displayed in the mobile app landscape mode to the marketing officers

What We Did

We at ANGLER taken up this application development in a T&M model. Report module has been improved as it looks like in the web admin panel with mobile standard of native design. The Marketing officers shall select the State, District and Grade based on which the report will be displayed. Due to restriction of mobile app screen size first 10 rows will be listed in one screen and the user is give option to navigate to Next and Previous screens. When any row is tapped then the detailed data of that particular row will be displayed in another screen as a split up of report data

What We Did

In their existing Android and iOS Mobile app we have developed the chat bot feature by placing a virtual chat icon all over the app. Chat bot literally means a computer program that attempts to simulate the conversation or “chatter” of a human being via text or voice interactions. So when the user types in a query or clarification on the chat bot window the mobile app will send it to the sever and receive relevant response from the program and reply back to the user. What We Did

We at Mobile app outsourcing taken up this application development project in a VODC model and studied the complete requirement of the client. With this study we have redesigned existing iOS app which will be compatible both in iPhone and iPad. App home screen will have all the video thumbnails with category of themes and filters. Once the order details have entered by the staff, admin will update deposit payment and order completion status manually. Admin also takes responsibility to manage the category masters.

Clients requirement was to design and develop mobile application for Users and Admin portal for providing house related documents, bills, images, home automation, service and maintenance all in single app. In Phase I the solution covers Project Creation, Admin Creation, Customer Creation Documents Uploading and Site Update alone.

What We Did

As per the client’s requirement single mobile app has been developed with 2 different logins, One for the Customer and the other for the Site Engineers. Multiple projects and multiple villas under one project will shall be mapped in the admin panel and based on the privilege Customers and site engineers will have access to the projects / villas. A customer from his app shall view all the images and legal documents associated to the Villa he has booked with the client. The site engineer shall upload photo and document from his mobile app for each villa under several categories / subcategory which will showcase the progress on villa contraction to the customers
