Business Requirement

The client has already developed a mobile app with us, but now requires to add a module for Travel & Expenses in the app, to address the need of employees during official trips, for lodging, bill payments, etc.

Solution Provided

The Android mobile app developed has a web panel. The Travel & Expenses module has been added to the app for the user’s requirement to claim expenses. In the mobile app, the Admin panel controls the field level, based on the user’s role in the company. The field will be dynamically loaded on screen, based on the user behavior of choosing fields. Users can upload bills in formats of image, PDF from mobile or google drive as proof.

The client’s requirement was an Android app, where the user can login using a GED number and a password. After a successful login, the trainer and employee using the app, should be able to manage all details of the training course.

Solution Provided

The Android mobile app has been developed for the client with a web panel. Here, both the trainee/ employee and trainer can view the training sessions scheduled. The mobile app is used to view all training details by the trainee /employee. View all training plans listed, training competed and assessments here.

Users can update training details with a few clicks. Assessment result details with scores and remarks from trainers are also listed, once the training sessions conducted get over. Again, those employees/trainees applicable for a re-test are also shown, highlighted for trainees. All details are viewable via this mobile app.

The client wanted a mobile app for its users travelling and shopping. The user/traveler can post the trip and shop with friends, all without borders. The app can work on iOS, Android and Windows mobiles, to give customers a new world of travelling and shopping, with friends online.

The Solution Provided

A mobile app is developed as per the client’s requirements with a web panel. The admin panel for the administrator can create retailers and set for them the service fee, VAT and percentage of commission, for each retailer. The admin can also earn revenue out of the advertisements from retailers, other brands and 3rd party vendors for promotion.

Retailers:

The associated retailer can upload any number of shops, but based on the cities, with any number of brands/products under a shop. They can enable offers, upload posters and banners.

Cashier Login:

The cashier is responsible to deliver products to the customers, bought at shops in the airport. The cashier web login can be used on desktops or mobile devices, with a QR code scanner.

iOS Mobile app:

A registered user can make friends/groups. Friends can be invited through the app. After posting the trip, the user can share it with friends/group, or via Facebook, Twitter or any other social media. Under ‘Explore’, the app will list out shops on the route and various offers. The app also provides wallet points that can be used instead of cash to buy products, with also shopping history stored. Users can create the Discover channel and get from friend’s recommendations.

The client has a multi-lingual app with 7+ languages for use. The requirement is to add another language – Marathi, for use, within a short span of time.

The application has been provided with an Admin panel that the administrator can use to add a language, which in this case is Marathi.

The admin can select the language and start updating. The data in Marathi language can be updated using a Marathi Virtual Keyboard.

The Android mobile app will have the language included in the Select Language menu, without any new update to the app, available in the App Store.

The app has been designed dynamically, such that a language added or removed at the back end, will be reflected immediately without any app update.

The client deals with stock marketing data, to get the current stock for security traded on a particular market the existing developers have used a API. Client reported an issue to our team that for few Stock symbols the stock value is not getting updated in the web application which in turn reflected as incorrect data in the Android and iOS Mobile App

What We Did

ANGLER Team analyzed the issues the complete code which renders data to the mobile app. After a deep analysis it was found that the third party open source API which is used in the current coding has an issue with data on few symbols. The symbols itself seems to be invalid in that API.

Our developers applied their market knowledge on business and technology, found an alternate API and integrated the same. Now the Core feature of the application which is stock update, is working as per the client expectation. This way we not only take care of the technology handling of an application but also support client with their business data achievement through technology.
