Matrimony service is a very good business especially in India, where the population of youngsters are much higher than the total population of many other countries. Unfortunately, the competition rate also higher in this big democratic country. Considering the high competition in this business, his wife is very keen to create something different, so that her clients shall get most satisfaction at the end. She identified the major pain points as privacy of member’s details, high time consumption, fully automated matches at initial stage. Initially she is willing to start up with an android app to overcome her difficulties.

We had a brainstorming session for almost 2 days will the relevant stakholders, to come up with the optimal solution. There we conclude,
• To have a unique algorithm to filter the best-match profiles. From that, manually verify and share the best-matched profiles.
• Show-case member’s profile details for only the best matched profiles, which result from the algorithm, but not for all members.
• The application will be a marketplace where the astrologist, agents, bride/groom, parents / relatives / friends everyone will have different functionalities in the app

Finally, the Android app built as a clean, simple, light-weighted application, which made it easy for every common person to use on the mobile smartphone.

The client wants to launch a social media app which will includes news feeds (public, friends, group), Messenger (direct message, group, Wi-Fi messaging), New Cinema Reviews and Trailers, Raise an Issue and sharing moments with friends. In this app the Messenger feature is considered by the client to be the most powerful and user engaging one.

The team implemented the messenger module in the app. This module has the following features- Users can send and receive the text, image and video message, within the interactive chat page.

• Private chat: A user can select a friend from friends list and start the chat. The selected user receives the notifications and can reply instantly to the respective users.
• Group chat: A user can create a group and add other users as a member of the group. Any member can send messages to the group created.

The client required an application to support Airport Booking Agents who had a tie-up with their taxi cab service. The agent required a mobile app to book rides and also print the tickets using the app.

Technology Solution Provided

Following the client’s requirements, we developed the mobile app on the Android platform to cater to the needs of airport booking agents and for shuttling passengers to the airport. Using the app the agent can login with their respective credentials and perform the booking operation. The booking for a customer is based on their location. The customer can view the travel path and make their payment through a choice of cash or credit or credit card. Based on the requirement, the customer is also provided a cab selection option. Finally, the bookings can be printed as a document from the mobile app through a Bluetooth connected printer.

The client required to market their range of agricultural products in the remote areas of different states in India. Their requirement was an Android mobile application usable by customers to view all the agricultural products on offer. Since they are in remote areas, the app must be able to work both online and offline, usable by customers in multiple Indian states, using multiple languages.

As per the client’s requirements, an Android application, with a simple and easy-to-use UI, was developed to view the agricultural products offered. The application is similar to a Flipkart or Amazon app to view products. For each product on display, a contact person detail is made available, to enable the user to contact the concerned executive, for queries or more details. The app is developed to work offline too, as most remote areas may not have the required connectivity.

The app has to be downloaded first and installed properly. Then the user has to login for the first time and thereafter can go offline. While offline, users can still have access to all the products and its details via the mobile app.

• Test Engineers tested by calling the mobile functional with different input parameters, string comparison to validate the correct response validation.
• They validated the application logic and checked whether the functional flow meets the expectations.
• If comparison fails, log a defect to respective mail-id and maintain the reports in Katalon Analytics which prevent as many bugs as possible.
