Client is dedicated to establish a vibrant and eco-friendly mineral industry in the country. With 20 years of import and export business experience in partnership with various international companies.

Challenges

Client wishes to develop an android mobile app where customers can place their laundry orders. Once the order is placed, it has to be intimated to the stores and a pick up agent will be sent to the respective customer’s location with the ordered invoice to pick up the laundry items. Payments to be made by COD (Cash on Delivery) / online payment and HOST will be the platform where the customers and stores communicate to transfer the laundry orders.

What We Did

We @ ANGLER developed an Android App, designed in a way with features, flow, and navigation scheme using intuitive mobile conventions to make an easy-to-use app for the customers. Much importance has been given to swiping gestures over tapping to improve user experience. App has been deployed for customer’s needs where they can place their orders by selecting a flexible laundry store available nearby their location.

Once the order has been placed by customers the order intimation will be sent to laundry store through host platform and the respective laundry store will arrange a pick up agent. The agent will appear with a proforma to collect the ordered laundry items by customers and store owners will have a web login to view their order details placed by customers.

Every vendor will have his normal TAT and then option for express delivery (at an extra charge). Before selecting the clothes and quantity for service, user have to select the cleaning mode (say dry cleaning or etc.,) user will be shown the earliest delivery time based on the normal turnaround time of the vendors, provisions will also be provided for marking express delivery.

Client’s requirement is to have an android mobile application which allows users to view the product details, along with various details like spare parts, service rendered etc., Apart from listing the product details, whenever the user re-downloads or downloads an updated version the app should authenticate the user by sending a One Time Password. This android app has to be hosted in Google play and in the dealer portal of the client. General users shall access the application from Google play and the registered dealers shall access the application by downloading it from the dealer portal with additional features.

What We Did

The developed application included the following components as per the client’s requirement:

  • A mobile App hosted in Google Play where the user views the product details.
  • Same mobile app hosted in clients Dealer portal where the dealers shall view the product details with some additional information’s like Spares, Service, All Makes and Interchangeability etc.,
  • Whenever a new version of the app is released, existing app will prompt the user for Compulsory update to current version. Accepting the update will download the new version of the app thereby ensuring the users are kept updated about the newer release.

Challenges

Client’s requirement was to have etranscriptions (Medical transcriptions) where group of doctors can record their voice then convert into audio file and upload them into client server for taking report. Their process of uploading the voice file was complex and hectic so they required a mobile to make their work seamless. With the developed app doctors should be able to dictate and upload their voice file from mobile app to server. It should also have facility to allow their clients (on their smartphones) to seamlessly dictate their correspondence and securely upload them to server via WIFI or a 3G/4G connection.

What We Did

  • After analyzing the client requirements, our mobile app developer’s team developed a dictation app with plethora of features.
  • Developed mobile app will allow users to log, record and upload their voice to server from mobile app with less time.
  • Record and playback in the background and Pause while recording feature.
  • Auto-Save ensures to never lose any recording, Add, delete, and rename option for the recording files
    The mobile app was provided with facility to dictate and upload an individual voice file up to a maximum of 80MB in file size.

Challenges

  • The client required a Food Delivery Service mobile app, and its goal is to offer an on-demand platform for the food delivery to end-users.
  • Their service uses some bellhops to transport the food from restaurant to the end-user’s house.
  • The customers / end users will use the iOS app which should enable them to order and pay for food items online once order has been placed.
  • They should be able to know who the bellhop is and when the food items would be delivered to them by the bellhop.
  • The bellhop would use Android app to know the list of orders that are still not picked by any other bellhop and so they could decide on which order to pick up based on their location.
  • Once the order is placed, end users should be able to know the details of bellhop and his location.

What We Did

The project has been mainly divided into 3 components:

  • A Management System where the administrators can access and manage the platform
  • An Android Mobile App, owned by the bellhops, that sends the exact position in every 5 seconds where they are, along with information such as: latitude, longitude and time.
  • Admin can send messages and set reminders for client. Also the client’s dashboard could be designed by Admin to have the selected widgets in the client’s home screen of the app.
  • The details would be updated to customers when the bellhop picks an order from a list of orders that are yet to be picked up for delivery.
  • An iOS Mobile App, used by the customers to order food by their mobile phone. A list of restaurants would be displayed to the customers to choose for food items.
  • List of restaurants could be filtered based on categories.
  • Options to view nearby restaurants were provided to the customers.
  • The customers could pay for the food items online and they could track the Bellhop’s current location to know the details of order delivery
